Your AI, your key
Invoice extraction, vendor tagging, and the financial-expert model builder all run on the AI provider and model you choose, paid for with your own API key. Nothing runs on our dime, and nothing trains a shared model.

How Klearburn uses Google
Google sign-in initially provides only your basic profile. If you later enable invoice automation, Klearburn asks for read-only Gmail access to find invoice and receipt PDFs and Drive access to file those documents in your own Klearburn folders. You can upload contracts separately for analysis. Klearburn never sends or changes your email, and these permissions can be revoked at any time.

Every AI feature runs on your own provider key, which you pay for directly. Klearburn meters the estimated provider cost of in-app calls and charges a 0.1% platform usage fee, rounded up to the nearest cent. Start with a 14-day free trial, card required; Klearburn’s base and usage fees are waived during the trial.
